Chinese glazed roast duck
- 500g vegetarian duck
- ~30 mL sesame oil
- ~6 thin slices ginger, then dice it small
- half a spring onion, sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp honey
- ~30 mL cooking rice wine
- ~15 mL rice vinegar
- ~15 mL soy sauce
- Mix all ingredients other than duck in a bowl.
- Place duck slabs on a baking tray, slabs should be 1-2 cm thick.
- Coat duck slabs with mixture from (1).
- Bake on 180 C for 10-15 minutes.
