  • 500g vegetarian duck
  • ~30 mL sesame oil
  • ~6 thin slices ginger, then dice it small
  • half a spring onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ~30 mL cooking rice wine
  • ~15 mL rice vinegar
  • ~15 mL soy sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients other than duck in a bowl.
  2. Place duck slabs on a baking tray, slabs should be 1-2 cm thick.
  3. Coat duck slabs with mixture from (1).
  4. Bake on 180 C for 10-15 minutes.
